We’re short-term rental property managers
Host IQ was built from firsthand experience. Since 2021, our founder, Dominick Martinetti, has been managing and growing a successful short-term rental business—learning what works, what doesn’t, and along the way, what tools were missing. Using his PMS platform and WAY TOO MANY MANUAL SPREADSHEETS, he was able to build a strong STR business. His revenues started strong and have grown every year (including 2025). He used 3 OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), while also building a strong direct and repeat booking business. As his business grew, he knew needed but could not find a straight-forward platform that could help automate many of these processes.
In Nov. 2024, Dominick reconnected with 2 former colleagues from his Enterprise Software years, Jason Cline and Art Landro. They immediately teamed up to turn all the manual spreadsheets into an automated platform, and together they created Host IQ.
In November 2025, they launched HostIQ V1 — a platform that gives STR managers clear, trusted data insights and intelligence, and a process to help grow and manage consistent STR performance.
